Central Bikes has been in the industry for two decades. We have refined our buying and delivery process in-store and now we offer the first fully online buying and delivery process of its kind in the United Kingdom. Below you will find a breakdown of what to expect, and whom to talk to for online or in-store buying, collection or home delivery.

IN STORE?
Step 1… Select your bike. If you don’t know what you are looking for our team is on hand to help you with any questions you may have.
Step 2… Choose how you’d like to pay
- Pay monthly – Through a finance agreement
- Pay in-store – Cash, Debt or Credit cards welcome
- Secure it with £100 deposit & pay the balance on collection
- Pay the total balance
Step 3… Arrange insurance, and send us a copy of the certificate via email – head to our insurance page for more details
Step 4… Collect your bike from one of our London stores or have it delivered to your address for £150

WARRANTIES
All our new bikes come with a 2-year warranty, and for certain brands, this can be extended. Used models come fully serviced with a 3-month warranty.
WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
1) One of our team will be in contact to arrange a delivery date once we have received a copy of your “certificate of motor insurance”
2) The bike will be delivered to your address with all relevant documentation
3) When we deliver your bike, you will be shown all the controls, basic maintenance and how to look after your new bike

Here are some commonly asked questions and answers
Do I need to be home to accept delivery of my motorcycle?
Yes. Due to the high value of the delivery. We will need a signature and proof that the bike has been delivered.
Do I need to provide any documentation before I receive my bike?
Yes. You need to ensure that we have your certificate of motor insurance before the bike can be handed over.
What's the difference between a moped and a scooter?
If the motorbike has an engine size of 50cc or less, it’s considered a moped. Scooters have a more extensive range of engines, the most common being 50cc, 150cc, and 250cc. Anything with an engine above 250cc is classified as a motorcycle.
