Mutt Hilts 250 Fancy jumping some barbed wire fences? Well maybe not but this crossbreed has that extra edge of McQueen cool.

Hilts is a new edition to the Mutt family for Summer 2018. Rolling on the same skeleton as our popular Mongrel, Hilts is the brother of the Sabbath, like that other Brummie brother Thomas Shelby – smart, understated and pretty damn cool with a touch of underlying aggression.

Get ready to stand out from the crowd with the Mutt Hilts 250. This bike is a true work of art, with its individually painted deep gloss Grey finish that gives it a sleek and stylish look. The Mutt Monogram on the tank and custom script on the side panels add a touch of sophistication.

But it’s not just about looks – this bike is designed for action. The high-rise cross-braced bars put you in the perfect position for maneuvering through city traffic like a pro. And with fat deep tread nobbly tires on fully blacked out 18″ wheels, you’ll have no problem tearing up the roads.

We haven’t forgotten about comfort either. The antiqued Brown seat is hand-stitched and specially formed to provide maximum comfort, taking inspiration from luxury vintage cars.

Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the shortened hand-finished aluminium mudguards that perfectly match the tank and side panels, to the expertly crafted upholstery. Get ready to hit the streets and experience pure excitement with the Mutt Hilts 250.

City Smasher / Country Cruiser

High-rise cross-braced bars and diamond pattern black grips sit the rider in an upright position perfect for jamming this machine through inner city traffic or hammering around country lanes. The halogen headlamp with a yellow-tinted lens is protected by a powder-coated grill and small aluminium LED indicators to complete the understated look. Satin black custom shock sits on a shortened twin shock frame which houses our bulletproof 4-stroke engine, now with fuel injection for that extra bit of performance and the matt black stainless exhaust has that unmistakable growl you won’t find on any other 250.

New Features

All new Mutts have a few little subtle upgrades that you may not notice at first but take a closer look. You’ll see some nifty little touches you won’t see on other bikes. First off, we have new LED indicators hewn from a solid block of aluminium. We use the process of CNC and are mounted on a machined stainless steel arm. We’ve also now got machined aluminium headlight brackets too, that set-up makes for a pretty tidy front end.

As always with Mutt Motorcycles we use the skills we learned building one-off custom motorcycles. Machined aluminium is one of those cool processes that give a motorcycle a true custom look. Machined fork caps and head stem nut, once again coated in a beautiful anodised finish. This is combined with the new speedometer surround which provides a beautifully finished view when glancing down at your speed.

One of our favourite new touches requires a bit more scrutiny, kneel down and take a look at the motor. We have a new CNC oil filter cap. Look a little closer and you’ll see some new machined valve covers on top of the engine. This is reminiscent of the ’60s and 70’s Brit bikes. That’s a little detail not everyone sees straight away, but we like it. Finally, we get to the chunky little posterior of a Mutt. You’ll see four beautifully machine CNC nuts holding the rear shocks on.
