Yamaha 2026 R125

Manufactured to a best-in-class specification, the 2026 Yamaha R125 delivers pure racing DNA in a compact Supersport form. This new generation model combines cutting-edge engine and chassis technology with aggressive R-Series styling to offer an authentic big-bike experience. Available at Central Bikes, the R125 is your gateway into R-World.

Race-Developed Chassis and Design

The R125 features Yamaha’s iconic Deltabox frame, optimised for precise cornering and stability. Equipped with 41 mm KYB upside-down front forks and a link-type rear suspension, it offers agile handling and race-level feedback. The new aerodynamic bodywork with a powerful central LED headlight, dual LED position lights, and M-shaped nose reflects its R-Series heritage.

High-Performance 125cc Engine with VVA Technology

Powered by a refined 125cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA), the R125 delivers strong torque and power across the rev range. Paired with an Assist & Slipper clutch and traction control system, it ensures smooth acceleration, controlled deceleration, and enhanced stability in every condition.

Advanced 5-Inch TFT Display and Connectivity

The R1-inspired 5-inch colour TFT display offers a premium cockpit experience. Choose between ‘Street’ and ‘Track’ modes, adjust shift-light preferences, and monitor ride data in real time. Bluetooth® connectivity via Yamaha’s MyRide app provides navigation, weather updates, call and message previews, and music information right on the display.

Inspired by Yamaha’s Racing Icons

Every detail of the R125 – from the R1-type handlebar crown to the R7-inspired LED headlights – highlights its Supersport pedigree. The new Icon Blue, Tech Black, and 70th Anniversary red and white colour schemes celebrate Yamaha’s 70 years of performance with a striking, modern edge.
