Why are we moving?
We have outgrown our premises at Charlotte Street, so from the 7th of November all services will be operating out of our Shepherd’s Bush branch meaning we will be able to offer you additional benefits, including in-house MOTs and bike and scooter valets. Don’t worry, our faithful and long-standing staff, Vito and Lily will be moving across too 😉

How will this work for you?
We know that many of you love us for the convenient location of Charlotte Street, so to ensure that we are still giving you what you need, courtesy bikes will be available for you to continue your commute. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi and coffee in our customer waiting area and wait for your bike to be taken care of.

In-house MOT
We now have an in-house MOT station. This means that we can offer a more streamlined approach to looking after your bike. Watch out for some great MOT deals and service packs that we will be offering soon
Free valets
We are so excited that we can now offer free valet when you get your bike serviced with us.
Same team
It’s the staff that makes a business work and we are happy to say that everyone is coming over from Charlotte Street to join the Shepherd’s Bush team. No change there.
Courtesy vehicle
If you normally visit us at Charlotte Street and are wondering if we will still be the most convenient workshop for you, the answer is yes. Whilst the work on your bike is being completed, we have courtesy bikes available for you to continue your commute. All are free of charge
